The PNB RuPay Millennial Credit Card is Punjab National Bank’s lifestyle card for younger earners. It sits on the RuPay network, so you can link it to UPI apps and pay at any shop QR code.

For ₹399 + GST to join and ₹999 + GST a year, you get two domestic lounge visits a quarter, two international visits a year and ₹10 lakh of personal accident cover. PNB also lists golf, spa, gym and health check-up perks.

The reward rate is low, though. This review puts a rupee value on everything so you can judge the fee.

Rewards & Benefits

Reward rate and earn structure

Spend Reward points
All eligible retail spends 2 per ₹150, no cap published
First retail or online transaction within 90 days of getting the card 300 bonus points
Accelerated categories None; PNB lists the reward multiplier as not applicable

There are no bonus categories to track. Every eligible spend earns the same 2 points per ₹150, whether online or in a shop.

Redemption and point value

Points are redeemed on the PNB Rewardz portal for movie tickets, hotel bookings, recharges, merchandise, e-vouchers or cashback to your card. You need at least 1,000 points to redeem, and points expire 3 years after they are earned.

The Millennial card page and PNB’s Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) both value a point at ₹0.25. That makes the return 2 × ₹0.25 ÷ ₹150, or 0.33% of your spend.

PNB’s general Rewardz page quotes ₹0.50 a point for cashback, which would double that to 0.67%. Plan with the lower card-specific figure. At ₹0.25, the 300-point welcome bonus is worth ₹75.

To put that in context, ₹1 lakh of yearly spends, the amount that waives the annual fee, earns about 1,333 points. At ₹0.25 a point that is roughly ₹333 a year, so treat rewards as a small extra rather than the reason to hold this card.

Lounge, insurance and lifestyle

Benefit Allowance
Domestic airport lounge 2 visits a quarter
International airport lounge 2 visits a year
Railway lounge Not offered
Personal accident insurance ₹10 lakh
Fuel surcharge refund 1% on fuel bills of ₹400 to ₹4,000, up to ₹350 per statement cycle

The card page does not tie the lounge visits to a spend target. Eight domestic visits a year is generous for a card that costs ₹999.

PNB also lists a premium health check-up package, complimentary golf and spa sessions and a complimentary gym membership. It does not publish how many sessions you get or which partners take part, so confirm with PNB customer care before counting on them.

Fees & Charges

Charges are from PNB’s schedule of fees and MITC as of October 2026, and GST applies on top. PNB marks the joining fee as one it may waive in the first year as a promotional offer.

The ₹1 lakh waiver target works out to about ₹8,400 a month. Put your groceries, bills and online shopping on the card and most households will clear it.

The charge to watch is the 3.5% forex markup. The international lounge visits make this look like a travel card, but every rupee spent abroad costs 3.5% extra plus GST.
