IndiGo Axis Bank Credit Cards: Welcome Benefits Doubled Until 31 August 2026
Axis Bank is handing out double the usual joining rewards on its co-branded IndiGo cards but only for a limited window.
If you have been eyeing an IndiGo co-branded credit card, this is the cheapest time to get one. Axis Bank has launched a limited-period offer that doubles the welcome benefits on its IndiGo credit cards for applications completed by 31 August 2026.
What you get (welcome benefit)
- IndiGo Axis Premium: 10,000 IndiGo BluChips voucher doubled from the usual 5,000 plus a complimentary 6E Eats voucher, on payment of the joining fee.
- IndiGo Axis (base variant): 2,400 IndiGo BluChips voucher doubled from 1,200 plus a 6E Eats voucher.
- BluChips are IndiGo’s own loyalty currency, usable towards IndiGo flight bookings.
The ongoing benefits (unchanged)
On the Premium card you continue to earn 7 BluChips per ₹100 on IndiGo spends and 2 per ₹100 elsewhere, 5,000 BluChips each year on renewal, milestone vouchers at ₹2 / ₹5 / ₹8 / ₹12 lakh of annual spends, a monthly buy-one-get-one movie ticket on BookMyShow, Priority Pass with two international lounge visits a year, and domestic lounge access. Forex markup is 2.5%.
Bottom line: for frequent IndiGo flyers, applying before 31 August 2026 is the difference between 5,000 and 10,000 BluChips at signup an easy win if the card already fits your travel.
